It's a nice town; small, cozy. But, behind its shy exterior it's actually a wild, adolescent controlled environment. It's everything from lust to just prejudices in this hierarchy where only the pretty people really get around. In the past five years a total of sixteen jail sentences have been ruled out in Hawthorne. The most popular causes were illegal drugs, alcohol, and one murder in the second degree back in '07.

This tiny area of Colorado has some of the best law enforcers, teachers, and helpful neighbors in the west but then again Hawthorne has some of the sliest troublemakers to ever reach their fifteenth birthday. If that's not enough, gossip and hierarchy popularity ranks always turn the tables. It's either you get the dirt or you move away because everyone will be out to get you at some point. Are you truly ready to enter this drama-stricken town filled with all the lies and deceit Hawthorne teens can throw at you?

Despite Hawthorne's size, it has grown to be a very active area. Small cabins dot the forest while lovely built houses speckle the area around the elegant high school foundation that made Hawthorne the spectrum of amazing education. But, even with school, everyday is a party day in Hawthorne. Most of the adults here are friends, so it seems to make them less suspecting of their perfect saints that anything is going down.

Oh yeah, I should warn you, Don't Turn Away is a very mature rated little town, so you might want to be careful about the drugs, alcohol, sexual content, and foul dialogue cause you might see a lot of it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask some of those kids. What were their names again? Oh yeah! Kayla, Nicole, and Micah. They are the staff members of the site. Kayla is the owner, while Nicole and Micah rule as the head admins. Make sure you read the rules before scampering around after dark though, mmkay?
